What Promo Codes Are
A promo code in Bitdreams is a short text code you enter to unlock a specific offer. The offer is tied to that exact code and can include a deposit match, free spins on a named slot, a cashback percentage, or entry into a prize drop. Each code has fixed terms: an expiry date, eligible games, and a maximum bonus amount.
Bitdreams sets promo codes with restrictions that matter in practice. Some codes work only once per account, some require a minimum deposit (for example, $20), and some exclude low-house-edge games. If a code is limited to slots, bets on table games do not count toward wagering for that bonus.
Where To Find Them
Bitdreams publishes promo codes in three places: the Promotions page inside your account, marketing emails, and official social posts. The account page is the most reliable source because it usually shows the code status, the expiry, and whether it is tied to a deposit or a specific game.
Affiliate pages and third-party “coupon” sites often list outdated codes. If a code fails immediately, the most common reasons are expiration, region limits, or that the code is restricted to first-time depositors.
How To Activate Them
Log in to Bitdreams and open the Cashier or Deposit screen. Enter the promo code in the field labeled Promo code, then apply it before you confirm the deposit. If the offer is deposit-based, the bonus attaches to that specific transaction; entering the code after the deposit does not apply it retroactively.
For no-deposit or free spins codes, use the Promotions section in your account and select Redeem if that button appears next to the code field. After activation, check the Bonus wallet to confirm the bonus balance or free spins are credited, then open the eligible slot to use spins if the code is game-locked.
